REDEEMED MENTAL HEALTH 949-845-0056
So……I haven’t had the opportunity to let everyone know about a recent SHIFT I have made a few months ago. This shift actually happened before my Mom passed ( I’ll be addressing that painful topic in a separate blog) … but I have truly taken steps towards something my gut has yearned for. Actually, initially I went to college to become a social worker… talk about full circle moments. Let me share!
I love what I do. Help families find homes and I am continuing to work and love being your real estate agent but during COVID times my life made a shift I wasn’t prepared for. Being a real estate agent was very challenging. We couldn’t get in properties, then when we could we were battling against, at times, 20 offers that were submitted! I was blowing through savings and feeling discouraged. I was also experiencing like many people had , uncertainty, insecurity, fear, and witnessing many struggle with mental health. I felt like I needed more. I wanted to make a difference and help! Well, talk about manifesting! A few months ago I received a call from the lead doctor and owner of Redeemed Mental Health in Newport Beach asking me to work for her in Admissions and Business Development! What? Me! ?! This 59 year old “ old dog” that has to learn “ new tricks.” It’s been a journey but I love what I’m doing! The office is welcoming like a “ home.” Here’s what we do here;
“Our weekday program provides 2–3 evidence-based groups daily, each structured in 3-hour blocks. Group topics include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) principles, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills, Relapse Prevention, Sexuality and Relationships, Codependency Treatment, Strength-Based Experiential Therapy, and Distress Tolerance skills. Homework is integrated into group sessions and revisited in follow-up groups to reinforce learning. Additionally, every Wednesday morning we offer a unique Therapeutic Riding group with horses at a local stable.
We offer both Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) levels of care, which include group therapy as well as individual therapy sessions to provide comprehensive support. Key features of our program also include medication management with our psychiatric team, along with weekly behavioral and mood assessments to monitor progress and proactively address changes in functioning.
Our clinical staff represent a variety of professional backgrounds and theoretical orientations, united by a warm, client-centered approach to care. “
Please reach out to me individually or if you know of anyone, including businesses, that can benefit from our program! We care 💕
